When you visit our site or purchase something from us, you involve in our “services.” Accordingly, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Conditions of Use,” “Terms”), including those added terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These terms of use apply to all site users, including, without limitation, students or writers of content.

We secure the right to update, change, or substitute any part of the Terms & Conditions by posting updates or changes to our site. General Conditions

Order Process
When filling in an order form, the client should provide a valid email address and correct phone number where the clients can be reached (preferably both home and mobile). There may be multiple occasions during Order preparation when establishing contact with the client is crucial. ProEditors shall not be responsible for order delays or other quality issues on the order if they cannot be resolved due to the incorrect contact given by the client.
- Instruction
ProEditors works based on the client’s instructions. These instructions must be clear and precise. Accurate instructions are needed to complete the order. The client is advised that once the order is completed, any revision request must only be based on the initial requirements and description of the original order. Any changes from the initial instructions of the order will be considered “editing.” These are additional services, and we will only conduct free revision request that differs or deviates from the initial order requirements or description. Instructions and other requests must be sent before a writer is assigned to the client’s order. Failure to meet this need will violate this agreement and forfeit any claim to the implied warranty or guarantee.
- Sources
The writer can use any relevant source available to complete the requested assignment books, journals, newspapers, interviews, online publications, etc, unless the client mentions some particular sources to be used or others to be ignored. If the client needs specific sources that are crucial for the completion of the order, we would expect the client to provide them within the required schedule listed below:
48 hours – 10 days: Instructions and all sources must be received within the first (Number of Hours).
12 – 24 hours: Instructions and all sources must be received within the first (Number of Hours).
12 hours – or less: Instructions and all sources must be received within the first (Number of Minutes).
- Matching the Academic Level
When making the order, the client is responsible for choosing the correct academic level that best fits the required assignment. If the client has made an error while placing an order, then the client must contact the support team immediately for assistance. The writer must complete the order following the academic level received when the writer is assigned.
- Checking the Messaging System
The messaging system is an easy and convenient way to communicate. The client should check messages for any updates from the support team or the writer. In addition, the client should promptly address any questions or concerns or give additional instructions using this interactive feature.
- Incorrect Order Placement
ProEditors reserves the right not to process or resubmit the client’s order if the details indicated are inconsistent or do not match the order’s original description. Failure to provide the correct description or choosing the wrong product, deadline extension requests, or writer-level upgrades may require additional payments.
Prices and Payment
ProEditors can begin working on the client’s order once the client has paid for the entire service(s). If the client is notified that additional payment must be issued on the order, the client has to process it as soon as possible. The delay of additional payment completion. The client cannot be compensated for such a delay if the client does not issue the additional payment immediately after she or he has been notified of the issue.
Prices are as specified on the website. However, ProEditors reserves the right to adjust prices in its sole discretion due to increased costs, the addition or imposition of any tax, duty, or other levies, and any variation in exchange rates or other errors. Prices for the products are exclusive of taxes and international fees that the client shall pay.
ProEditors is not responsible for any fraudulent activity. The client is responsible for unauthorized transactions made through the website, including but not limited to the client’s account credentials safety and credit card or debit card security.
Verification Process
Protecting the billing information of the clients and eliminating fraud is a priority that ProEditors takes seriously. Furthermore, we are obliged by authorities, merchant providers, and banks to protect the credit card holders who purchase from it. Accordingly, no handwritten signature is required as proof of delivery due to the nature of our business, the types of services, and the fact that it is delivered electronically.
We have a right to request verification of the client’s billing information; the client is responsible for complying immediately to ensure that the billing information meets the anti-fraud policies. Everything the client provides to pass the verification process is never shared with third parties. The requested copies are not used for other purposes but only to verify the client’s identity. We do not store files and documents sent for verification for the client’s security.
Revision and Plagiarism Policy
The free revision policy is a courtesy service to help ensure the client’s total satisfaction with the completed order. To receive form revision, we require that the client provide the request within (Number of Days) from the first completion date of the order or service and within (Number of Days) for any dissertation, thesis, research proposal, thesis proposal, dissertation chapters writing or any other reasonably large assignments. If the client has missed the policy deadline, the client may choose to have the order revised but for additional payment, or the client may place a new one for editing.
The quality assurance department can decline a revision request that violates original instructions. However, if a request falls within mentioned guidelines, ProEditors will happily revise the client’s order to meet the initial requirements free of charge.
The client can add a plagiarism report service to the order for an additional price. We provide a copy of the plagiarism report for the services delivered if ordered. However, ProEditors are not obliged to provide a copy of the plagiarism report for each service revision if such takes place.
